Abstarct: Abstract Human health, environmental protection, and safety are just a few examples of the main concerns of today's mankind, which lead the scientific community to develop sensors that are able to accurately monitor and warn of possible harm in real time. Among the sensors, sensors baxsed on zinc oxide (ZnO), titanium dioxide (TiO_2), tungsten trioxide (WO_3), copper oxide (CuO and CuO_2), tin oxide (SnO and SnO_2) and vanadium oxide (VO_2, V_2 O_5) which They are in the form of nanoparticles or continuous thin laxyers and are one of the most important sensors. In UV radiation, different parts have been determined according to their energy, the most important of which is UV-A, because the main source of its production is the sun, which is dangerous to be exposed to for a long time. The way UV sensors are made is important for health control. On the other hand, the most used in the application fields of the UV region is in the UV-A region. In UV sensors, according to various applications, in recent researches, flexible substrates have been used to make the sensor part. Among the things that have received much attention in the age of technology and are still growing, is the study of flexible and wearable sensors. For example, excessive exposure to ultraviolet radiation can lead to skin damage and increase the risk of skin cancer. Therefore, wearable UV optical sensors are suitable and effective sensors for people to monitor their UV exposure and protect their skin from damage. In this research, using hard and flexible substrates, two pieces of UV sensors have been fabricated and investigated. The flexible sensor with appropriate light response compared to the hard sensor has shown a better response. Also, the examination of the sensors under different intensities in a radiation wavelength has shown that the obtained information can be calibrated.
